1. As the Most Significant Messenger of the Lord

He is the Son of God, Heir of all things          Hebrews 1:2

2. As our Brother

He is not ashamed of us as brethren               Hebrews 2:11

3. As the Son of Man

As the One who destroyed the power of Satan                   Hebrews 2:14

4. As our Great High Priest

He is able to come to our aid effectively           Hebrews 2:17-18

1. As The Apostle of God Hebrews 3:1

a) Sent out by God

b) Sent out to fulfil many tasks              Isaiah 42:6-7; 61:1-3

2. As our High Priest

a) He was faithful in every thing

b) He is our perfect Example of One who understood His calling and fulfilled it

3. In comparison

a) Moses as a faithful servant of the Lord Hebrews 3:5

b) He bore wonderful testimony Hebrews 3:5
