“I will extol You, O LORD…” Psalm 30:1

(II) THE EXPRESSIONS CONTEMPLATED
1. Singing of Praise
“Sing praise to the LORD…” Psalm 30:4a
2. Giving of thanks spontaneously
“…And give thanks at the remembrance of His holy name.” Psalm 30:4b
3. Mourning to Dancing
“You have turned for me my mourning into dancing…” Psalm 30:11a
4. Sackcloth to Garments of Gladness
“…You have put off my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness” Psalm 30:11b
5. Giving of thanks to God forever
