2. Content of Ministry

a) Giving them milk so as to ensure growth ( 1 Peter 2:2 )

b) Special ways of ministering to children

i) As a mother ( 1 Thessalonians 2:7 )

ii) As a father ( 1 Thessalonians 2:11 )

c) Special efforts to be made (spiritual children in mind)

i) Writing to them ( 1 John 212, 13 )

ii) Encouraging them ( 1 Timothy 1:2; 2 Timothy 2:2; Titus 1:4 )

(IV) FEED MY LAMBS

1. If children are not fed properly:-

a) They will go astray

b) They will never grow up to be good and strong children of God

c) They will not likely take their place to serve in the Kingdom of God

2. If children are fed properly

a) They can become great servants of God

b) They can bring untold blessings to many

c) We walk in obedience to our Master the Lord Jesus Christ
