(I) HOPE IN THE POWER OF THE LORD THAT TRANSFORMS US

1. In the context of His glorious ministry

“For if what is passing away was glorious, what remains is much more glorious.” 2 Corinthians 3:11

a) “Ministry of the Spirit and life” ( 2 Corinthians 3:8 )

b) “Ministry of Righteousness” ( 2 Corinthians 3:9 )

2. In the power of His Spirit

a) The Spirit will bring about Liberty ( 2 Corinthians 3:17 )

b) The Spirit will be involved in bringing about change ( 2 Corinthians 3:18 )

(II) THE PROCESS OF BEING TRANSFORMED FROM GLORY TO GLORY

“Beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory…” 2 Corinthians 3:18

1. Seeing the Lord’s part – Transforming us

2. Seeing our part – Obedience

(III) THE END PRODUCT – BECOMING LIKE CHRIST

1. Seeing the glory of the Lord (2 Corinthians 3:18)

2. Being transformed into the same image as Jesus
