1. What God’s Salvation is Not

a) It is not obtained by the keeping of the Law   (Galatians 2:16)

b) Nor by the doing of good works   (Galatians 2:16)

c) No flesh would ever be justified by the keeping of the law   (Galatians 2:16)

2. What God’s Plan of salvation is

a) We stand justified   (Galatians 2:16)

b) We are declared righteous before God through faith in Jesus   (Galatians 2:16)

c) This is all by means of the grace of God   (Galatians 2:21)

3. How salvation is obtained

a) We are crucified with Christ   (Galatians 2:20)

b) Nevertheless, we live   (Galatians 2:20)

c) Christ lives in us   (Galatians 2:20)

4. Our salvation and its significance

a) We are sons of God through Christ   (Galatians 3:26; 4:5)

b) We are baptised into Christ… and thus His   (Galatians 3:27)
