A WONDERFUL RESURRECTION HOPE

We celebrate Easter Sunday with the grandest and the most certain of hope! Belief in the Resurrection was proclaimed by Isaiah the prophet!

Your dead shall live;

Together with my dead body they shall arise.

Awake and sing, you who dwell in dust;

For your dew is like the dew of herbs,

And the earth shall cast out the dead.     Isaiah 26:19

  1. Your dead shall live

a) This was a significant of faith

b) The call is to awake in faith

c) The challenge is to sing for joy in this hope of the resurrection

  1. The earth shall cast out the dead

a) When the Lord calls, the dead will arise

b) This is the faith that summarizes what we believe in when we celebrate Easter

I AM THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE

It was Jesus who firmly and clearly declare,

“I am the resurrection and the life.

He who believes in Me, though he may die;

Yet shall he live.”      John 10:25

Let us celebrate Easter with this re-affirmation of our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ!
