SING TO THE LORD A NEW SONG
The Soul is moved as it recalls God’s blessings;
The Hand of the LORD is seen in everything.
His foreknowledge is deep and profound;
His mercy to those who fear Him abounds.
The Heart is moved to compose A New Song;
The desire to bless God’s name must be strong.
The LORD’s salvation is for true believers to proclaim;
We must ever desire to offer to God a joyous refrain.
The Mind is moved to recall and to remember;
Each and every blessing of God is a treasure.
The LORD deserves to be given great praise;
He has given to us truly amazing Grace!
Let us prepare our Soul to offer grateful worship;
Let us look forward to a wonderful time of fellowship.
There is every reason to sing to God a new song;
May we be found among the faithful throng!
