THE WORD OF THE LORD IS PROVEN
A truly glorious gift is the Word of God;
In it we discover the ways of the LORD.
Through the Word, we obtain Light;
In the midst of darkness, it shines bright.
The Word of the LORD is indeed proven;
It is time-tested and shown to be from heaven.
God has not left Man to his own device;
In the Word, we will find the soundest advice.
The Word of God is a vital asset in tribulation;
It will bring much-needed consolation.
The gift of the Scriptures must be acknowledged;
Wisdom and strength from God are to be treasured.
The Word of the LORD must be hidden in our heart;
To all who faithfully seek God, wisdom He imparts.
May we find strength and great encouragement!
Thank God for His Word that He has kindly given.
