THE SPIRIT OF ADOPTION
The Holy Spirit is known by a number of titles;
These are found and described in the Epistles.
He is called correctly, “The Spirit of God;”
He has Divine attributes as the LORD.
He is also called “The Spirit of adoption;”
He is part of God’s plan of Redemption.
He helps us learn to relate to God the Father;
He is the Spirit of God, and there is no other.
He leads the children of God in life;
He helps them overcome all strife.
The battle against sin requires His power;
To the believer, He is there every single hour.
He bears witness that we are Children of God;
He helps us understand the Plan of the LORD.
God has made us Joint Heirs with Christ;
This Truth is a soul-thrilling Surprise!
