MAKE A JOYFUL SHOUT TO GOD
What does it mean to “make a joyful shout to God?”
This is a reference to a shout of victory to the Lord.
The wicked enemy is put down and victory is gained;
All who belong to God’s army praise His glorious name.
The name of God is full of honour and glory;
He will always prevail and have the victory.
There is none more powerful than God;
How wonderful it is to know the LORD!
The works of God are truly awesome;
Everything He does is wholesome.
The power of God is to be acknowledged;
To believe in the Lord is such a privilege.
May we learn to give to God great praise!
May we also ever desire to seek His face!
Let us practise giving heartfelt thanks to God;
There is absolutely no one like the LORD!
