Text: Exodus 36: 1-2

MEDITATION

Exodus 36:1-2

1 “And Bezalel and Aholiab, and every gifted artisan in whom the LORD has put wisdom and understanding, to know how to do all manner of work for the service of the sanctuary, shall do according to all that the LORD has commanded.”
2 Then Moses called Bezalel and Aholiab, and every gifted artisan in whose heart the LORD had put wisdom, everyone whose heart was stirred, to come and do the work.

MEANINGFUL APPLICATION TO LIFE

1. God’s Call

a. Bezalel and Aholiab were mentioned by name.

i. Bezalel was once again named first.

ii. Aholiab would assist and support him.

b. Every gifted artisan:

i. God has put in them wisdom and understanding.

ii. He has given them knowledge how to do all the work for the Tabernacle.

iii. Another way of describing the Tabernacle was “sanctuary” (refuge..

c. They must do all that God had commanded.

i. In terms of the design of the Tabernacle.

ii. And all holy things associated with Tabernacle worship.

2. Moses’ Compliance

a. He called Bezalel and Aholiab.

b. He also called every gifted artisan to come together to build the Tabernacle.

c. The things to look for:

i. There must be a heart of wisdom given by the Lord.

ii. The heart must be stirred.

d. They must be willing to serve the Lord.

1“比撒列和亚何利亚伯，并一切心里有智慧的，就是蒙耶和华赐智慧、聪明，叫他知道做圣所各样使用之工的，都要照耶和华所吩咐的做工。”

2 凡耶和华赐他心里有智慧，而且受感前来做这工的，摩西把他们和比撒列并亚何利亚伯一同召来。。

在生活里有意义地应用

1. 上帝的呼召

a. 比撒列和亚何利亚伯再次被提名

i. 先提比撒列的名

ii. 亚何利亚伯将协助和支持比撒列

b. 每个有天赋的工匠:

i. 上帝赐他们心里有智慧

ii. 叫他们知道做圣所各样的工

iii. “圣所”（避难所）是形容帐幕的另一种方式

c. 他们要照上帝所吩咐的做工

i. 关于帐幕的设计

ii. 关于一切与帐幕崇拜有关的圣物

2. 摩西的服从

a. 摩西把比撒列和亚何利亚伯一同召来

b. 他还召每一个有天赋的工匠一同来造帐幕

c. 要注意的重点：

i. 上帝赐心里的智慧

ii.心灵要受感动
