WELLS OF SALVATION
Thirst in the dry wilderness is deadly;
To die of thirst is feared by many.
Wells of life-giving water is wonderful;
This thought in itself makes one hopeful.
Wells of salvation are provided by God;
It expresses the great heart of the LORD.
He has turned His anger away from Man;
He reaches out with a comforting Hand.
With joy we may approach the wells of salvation;
We need not be afraid of divine condemnation.
The LORD sent His Messiah to be our Saviour;
And in His grace, we will find divine favour!
The wells of salvation offer water that is refreshing;
Let us seek to tell others of this wonderful offering.
All who partake of this water find their souls renewed;
Come to the wells of salvation and find strength imbued.
