DO NOT GRIEVE THE HOLY SPIRIT
The Holy Spirit is our great treasure;
His role is truly beyond measure.
He generates life in one who is dead;
He creates a new person instead!
He is also our Seal and Guarantee;
Without Him there would be misery.
He was meant to fill our lives;
And through Him we will thrive.
But few believers are filled fully;
Many continue to be weak and sickly.
Let us check if we have grieved Him;
Are we still stubbornly living in sin?
Let us seek to practise forgiveness;
May we seek to live in righteousness!
We can be filled with the Spirit of God;
We can find the power of the LORD!
