#1 Tradition- Legalism

1. The danger of tradionalistic-legalism

a) Traditions

i)  Historical

ii)  Natural

iii) Good

iv)  Until people are cocooned in them

b) Legalism

i)   They may arise from tradition

ii)  They may arise from knowledge of the Law

iii) They can entrap people

iv) Traditionalistic-Legalism was a death trap for many in the days of the Lord Jesus

2. The Sabbath Law in its original setting

a) The Lord made it for man

i)  Rest from labour

ii) Restoration of the soul when the Sabbath is set aside for worship and good deeds

3. The Sabbath Law in the days of the Lord Jesus
