SERVANTS WHO ARE WATCHFUL
1. A special feature of good servants was highlighted.
2. That special feature was called “Watchfulness” (Luke 12:37-38).
Blessed are those servants whom the master, when he comes, will find watching. Assuredly, I say to you that he will gird himself and have them sit down to eat, and will come and serve them. And if he should come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants.”

3. Watches of the night
a. First Watch 6.00pm- 9.00pm
b. Second Watch 9.00pm- 12.00mn
c. Third Watch 12.00mn- 3.00am
d. Fourth Watch 3.00am- 6.00am
4. The Master may return on
a. Second Watch.
b. Third watch (Luke 12:38).
5. If the servants are watchful they are blessed indeed (Luke 12:38).
6. What would the Master do for such watchful servants?
a. He will sit them down for a meal.
b. He would personally gird himself and serve them.
c. This was a special way of honouring the faithful and watchful servants.
