Text: Galatians 6: 16-18

MSITN VITAL DOCTRINES – SALVATION

“And as many as walk according to this rule, peace and mercy be upon them, and upon the Israel of God. From now on let no one trouble me, for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus. Brethren, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.”

Galatians 6:16-18

WALKING WITH THE LORD

1. Faith in the Lord Jesus.

a. It commences with wonderful salvation given.
b. It continues with a meaningful spiritual walk.
c. This faith is to be:
i. Built up.
ii. Defended.
iii. Treasured.

2. Walking according to this rule:

a. To live by faith.
b. Centred in the Lord Jesus.
c. Not being in bondage to man-made rules and regulations.
d. This thought must be borne in mind consciously.

3. God’s blessings will be upon all:

a. The Gentile Christians.
b. The Jewish Christians.
c. The Israel of God.
d. God will grant peace and mercy to all who walk in faith.

A PERSONAL REMARK

1. Paul pleads with the Galatians not to trouble him further.

2. He had already borne much suffering for the Lord.

3. His body carried many battle scars that came from the cruel treatments he had received from the enemies of the Gospel.

A BENEDICTION

Paul prayed that the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ would be upon all in Galatia!

2．按此规律行事为人

a．凭信心生活

b．以主耶稣为中心

c．不受人为的规章制度的束缚

d．必须有意识地记住这个想法

3．上帝的祝福将临到所有人

a．外邦基督徒

b．犹太基督徒

c．上帝的以色列

d．上帝会赐给所有凭信心行事的人平安和怜悯

个人言论

1． 保罗恳求加拉太人不要再给他添麻烦了

2． 他已经为主受了很多苦

3． 他的身上留下了许多战痕。这些伤痕来自福音的敌人对他的残酷对待
