“For the LORD is the great God…” Psalm 95:3a

EXULTING IN THE LORD

Our faith in God should see us exulting in Him! Worship becomes significantly more meaningful when we learn how to exult in the Lord.

“For the LORD is the great God,
And the great King above all gods.
In His hand are the deep places of the earth;
The heights of the hills are His also.
The sea is His, for He made it;
And His hands formed the dry land.”
Psalm 95:3-5

1. Take time to take in who God really is

a) He is truly “the great God” and He has no equal.
b) He is “the great King” above all who are called “gods”.

2. Take time to think of the greatness of this God we worship

a) The deep places of the earth.
b) The heights of the hills.
c) The sea.
d) The dry land.
e) The earth is an amazing creation.
f) The Lord God created all of the above.
How great is our God!

3. His hands

a) The earth is an immense planet.
b) Billions of people can live on this planet we call earth.
c) He sustains the entire earth.
d) Imagine how great God is when the entire earth is held “in His hands”!
