"He who touches you touches the apple of His eye"

Text: Zechariah 2:8

THE GLORY OF THE LORD

The LORD promised that He would be the glory of His people when they returned to their homeland (Zechariah 2:5). God would send “The Angel of the LORD” to minister to the remnant with a precious word (Zechariah 2:4-5). This Angel was sent by the LORD to nations so that He would personally bring the remnant back to Judah safely.

“For thus says the LORD of hosts:
‘He sent Me after glory, to the nations which plunder you;
for he who touches you touches the apple of His eye.'”
