(I) A GLORIOUS SAVIOUR AND LORD
1. Salvation never to be taken for granted
2. Salvation and its many benefits must be treasured
3. The Saviour to be revered and treasured

(III) APPRECIATION OF THE CONTINUING WORK OF OUR SAVIOUR
1. The work of sanctification
“Those who are being sanctified…” Hebrews 2:10
a) He consecrates us
b) He sanctifies us
c) He continues to make us holy
2. The work of being our great High Priest
a) He is our High Priest
i) He stands between us and God
ii) He pleads on our behalf
b) He is a merciful High Priest
c) He is a faithful High Priest
d) He makes propitiation for us (Hebrews 2:17)
3. He is most suited for this great task of being our High Priest
a) He was tempted like us
b) He suffered for us
c) He is able to help us (Hebrews 2:18)
