(I) A VITAL HISTORICO-THEOLOGICAL STATEMENT
“If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14
1. A solemn word from God to king Solomon

“Everyone who is called by My name, Whom I have created for My glory;I have formed him, yes, I have made him.” Isaiah 43:7

a) Presence of God
“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you…” Isaiah 43:2a
