DIRE CIRCUMSTANCES
1. Need for deliverance from enemies
a) Those who rise up against me Psalm 59:1
b) Workers of iniquity Psalm 59:1
c) Blood-thirsty people Psalm 59:1
2. Deliverance from the traps of enemies
a) They lie in wait Psalm 59:3
b) The mighty gather against me Psalm 59:3
c) They prepare themselves Psalm 59:3
3. Description of the enemies
a) Fierce
They growl like a dog Psalm 59:6
b) Rude
They belch with the mouths Psalm 59:7
c) Wicked
Swords are in their lips Psalm 59:7
d) Arrogant
They say, “Who hears?” Psalm 59:7
DESPERATE PRAYERS
1. For deliverance Psalm 59:1
2. Defence Psalm 59:1
3. Divine punishment Psalm 59:5
4. No mercy to the wicked Psalm 59:5
DEEP TRUST IN THE LORD
1. He will laugh at the enemies Psalm 59:8
2. He will have them in derision Psalm 59:8
