The LORD is among them as in Sinai

THE VICTORY WON

Psalm 68:18, 21-23

1. You have ascended on high

2. Led captivity captive

3. Received gifts among men

Tribute from the conquered ones (“the rebellious”)

4. He will wound the head of His enemies

5. He will bring back the enemies who think that they have fled successfully

THE GOD OF OUR SALVATION

Psalm 68:19-20

1. He daily loads us with benefits

2. He brings about escapes from death

SALVATION MUST NOT BE TAKEN FOR GRANTED

1. Enemies must be defeated

a) Human

b) Spiritual

2. It would take God to gain the victory

a) Over Sin

b) Over Satan

APPROPRIATE RESPONSE

Psalm 68:19

1. Blessing the LORD

2. Ascribing glory to God

3. Remaining loyal and true to the LORD
