6. Dangers

a) Not returning to the Lord at all

And the pride of Israel testifies to his face;
But they do not return to the LORD         Hosea 7:10

b) Returning… but not to the Lord

They return, but not to the Most High;
They are like a treacherous bow…            Hosea 7:16

c) False claims of knowledge of God

Israel will cry to Me,
‘My God, know You              Hosea 8:2
