b) The ministry of all who live in Zion/Jerusalem

3. Proclamation of a wonderful message

a) Good tidings (“gospel”)

b) Bold preaching of this word encouraged

i) With strength

ii) Without fear

c) Message: Behold, your God!          Isaiah 40:9

THE COMING OF THE LORD
1. To rule with a strong arm

2. To reward

3. To shepherd the sheep

4. He will care for the lambs

5. He will be tender towards those who are with young (nursing ewes)
