#4: THE WORD OF HIS GRACE (Bethany III: 2003-2015)
Bethany began with strong emphasis on the Word of God,
This was understood by one and all, and with strong accord.
The Scriptures are believed to be the Word of God’s grace,
Coupled together with faith, we are enabled to run this race!
The Word of God was central in the prophets’ ministry,
It strengthened their hearts in time of great adversity.
The Word of God was proclaimed by the Apostles of Christ,
From humble and sinful backgrounds, they were able to rise!
The Word of His grace was meant to build up faith and life,
Through it we are empowered to overcome all trials and strife.
It is able to give us an inheritance planned by our gracious Lord,
What is our part, but to hide in our hearts, the Word of God?
The focus at this stage was to go deeper in our faith in God;
The preparation had begun to train more servants of the Lord.
All who wish to have a firm place of ministry in Bethany,
Learn to love God’s Word that you may succeed in ministry!
