AN INCREDIBLE INHERITANCE
We have an incredible inheritance from God;
This is part of the salvation plan of the Lord!
We have every reason to rejoice in our soul;
The Lord has cleansed and made us whole.
Our inheritance involves God’s protection;
He will keep us amidst life’s tribulation.
He will protect us and keep us under His wings;
In the darkest night, our hearts may yet sing.
Our inheritance has manifold aspects to it;
Some may be revealed to us as God sees fit.
It may be power, strength or needed grace;
We may even catch glimpses of His Face.
The fulness of our inheritance is yet to be revealed;
In our life on earth, some things are concealed.
But we have faith and hope in the word of God;
Our full inheritance will be kept for us by the Lord!
