BUT I TRUST THE LORD

It is good and important to Trust in the LORD;

He is our great Refuge, He is our strong Rock.

The circumstances of life may cause fear;

We must believe and Trust that God is near.

There were grave times of adversity;

But God was there with His mercy.

There were times when enemies assailed;

But by God’s grace, they did not prevail.

There were times when the Soul was tested;

But in the LORD, the heart had fully Trusted.

That Trust in God had not been in vain at all;

These memories will help us, when we recall!

Let us continue to put our Trust in the LORD;

There must be, in our heart, just One God.

No matter how harsh life may seem to be;

Let us determine to Trust in God’s mercy!
