I WILL PRAISE YOU WITH MY WHOLE HEART
The heart cannot but rejoice greatly,
At the remembrance of God’s mercy.
In His grace, He has defended His people,
From enemies who have no scruples!
The mind cannot but choose to remember,
The deeds of the Lord which are a treasure.
Each deed reminds us of God’s wonderful grace;
He would not let His children be disgraced!
The soul cannot but offer songs of praise;
Anthem after anthem would be raised!
The LORD’s name is to be glorified;
His own children, He has justified!
The LORD will be both Judge and Defender;
His own special people He loves and treasures.
May our hearts always find Joy in the LORD;
Let each day be filled with praise to our God!
