THROUGH GOD WE WILL DO VALIANTLY
The taste of defeat may be quite bitter;
But through it, we can learn to do better.
We learn how not to depend on Man;
It is better to seek the Lord’s hand.
Morale may be low in defeat;
Humility is learned in retreat.
We turn to God in humility;
We learn afresh how to be mighty.
It is God who must be in the lead;
It is His help that we must seek.
Through God we will do valiantly;
The Lord is our God Almighty!
Thank God for His grace;
May we ever seek His face!
Let us turn defeat into victory.
Through God we will do valiantly!
