JUSTIFIED BY FAITH
Were we to personally stand before the Lord,
We would be condemned by a holy God!
But we stand justified because of the Lord Jesus;
Imputed to us, is the righteousness of God!
Because we stand justified by the Lord;
We now have peace with our merciful God.
We no longer stand condemned by our sins;
We have been cleansed from without and within.
We need not fear life’s many tribulations;
It is part of God’s plan of redemption.
Through tribulation we cultivate character;
Our faith in the Lord can become better!
The love of God has been poured into our heart;
The Holy Spirit is the One who indwells and imparts.
We have a hope in God that truly abounds;
The faith in the Lord Jesus is one that astounds!
