A NEW HEAVEN AND A NEW EARTH
The earth that we live in is full of corruption;
In Noah’s time, there came a great judgment.
But man was given another chance to make good;
The current trends on earth cause many to brood!
The Lord gave to the Apostle John a revelation;
He will one day bring about a glorious new Creation!
He will create a new Heaven and a new Earth;
This wonderful Plan must surely bring pure mirth!
God will descend and dwell with His people;
He will establish a new Jerusalem as His capital.
The old sinful things will pass away forever;
The Lord will set up and establish a new order!
This Divine Plan will come to pass as promised;
This is a special hope that we must dearly cherish.
The Lord’s word given must find its way to our hearts;
Let this great Hope of a new Creation never depart!
