THE PARABLE OF THE MUSTARD SEED
The Lord Jesus was fully aware of the people;
Some of them lived in darkness of evil.
They rejected the Kingdom of God proclaimed;
They refused to believe in His holy name.
They saw the works of the Lord Jesus Christ;
They were more than a little surprised.
But they refused to repent from their sins;
There was stubbornness and impudence within.
The Parable of the Mustard Seed that was told;
It declared an aspect of the Kingdom that was bold.
It may be compared to the mustard seed that was small;
But the Kingdom of God was destined to grow tall.
The Kingdom of God would become significant;
The blessing of the Lord is what is important.
The Mustard Seed has become a worldwide kingdom;
Nothing that God has planned is ever at random.
