PRECIOUS IN MY SIGHT
The LORD affirms His affection for His people;
His commitment to them is unparalleled!
The reasons for His devotion are many;
They form a profound and deep theology.
The Redemption of God is to be treasured;
His blessings cannot be fully measured.
He has given His assurance of His presence;
That gives to the soul tremendous assurance.
The Promises of God are awesomely proclaimed;
Amidst the trials of life, we may sing this refrain.
“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;
And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you.”
God has declared that we are Precious in His sight;
He will take care for us with all His glorious might!
His love for the Redeemed remains true and steadfast;
We have every reason to rejoice as we celebrate Christmas!
